KIDS CLASSES are offered for aerial hammock. These classes offer your child the opportunity to explore fitness in new, exciting ways. All of our classes focus on helping kids learn better balance, coordination, body awareness, flexibility and strength in a safe and structured atmosphere. Our classes are for kids ages 6-13. Teens 13 and up are welcome to join our adult aerial classes with parental supervision.

This class is for kids ages 6-13 and focuses on basic poses and transitions using the aerial hammock. Students learn balance, coordination, body awareness, flexibility, and strength.
**LATE CANCELLATION POLICY**
Due to our limited class size, Be Fitness has a strict late cancellation policy. All students are required to have a credit card on file in case of a late cancellation or no show. A $15 fee will automatically be charged for any no shows or cancellations that occur later than 12 hours prior to scheduled instruction.
Class packages can be used towards all of our kids classes, so be sure to mix and match!

Our 8-week long workshop focuses on creating a solo aerial routine to be performed at the end of the series. Each student will get to choose between creating a routine on the aerial hammock or the lyra. Students spend the first week learning and choosing their tricks and picking out a song. Our instructor choreographs the routine based on these moves and begins to teach the routine during the second week. Students then spend the following weeks learning and perfecting the choreography so that they are ready for their big performance!
